Whittaker, AKA The Whittaker Man, is a Chicago based painter with a mission.

A lot of Chicago-based artists have made a name for themselves by taking on the challenge of painting the city of Chicago. One such is the Whittaker Man. The Whittaker Man’s goal is to help the city of Chicago become a better place for everyone. This is accomplished by painting the city of Chicago in a way that it becomes a more pleasant place to live, learn, and work in.

Whittaker Man’s philosophy is a lot more complex than that. He’s a self-identifying anarchist and he believes that if the city of Chicago were ever to get rid of its police force, they would have to be replaced by people who are not police officers. He also believes that if he were able to get people to love their police officers that they would also have to be able to stop the abuses of the police force.

I think this is a great idea for the city. If you’re a Chicagoan and you have the opportunity to make a change, I hope it’s not a police force that has to be replaced by people who are not police officers. This also gives the city a chance to give its police officers more autonomy and a chance to make them feel like they are working for the greater good.

I think this is a good idea. The police force is supposed to be a force of the community, not the community. So giving them more power and autonomy is a good thing.
