sloane and walsh: 11 Thing You’re Forgetting to Do
It is hard to believe that these two women were born less than a month apart. Both have been living in the same spot for 40 years, but sloane lived in the first house and walsh in the second. Sloane has written a book on the topic of self-awareness and walsh, on the topic of how to live a life in the moment.
In a nutshell, sloane says that you should spend most of your time in the “here and now” and that the only time you’ll get to relive your past is in the “here and now”. In other words, you should live your life in the moment. The self-awareness sloane and walsh talk about is the ability to make decisions based on your values and not what you think you should do.
And that’s exactly what sloane and walsh talk about in their book. The point is that most of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. We’re not thinking about our value system, we’re just reacting to situations we’ve encountered in the past. So if you’re trying to make decisions based on your values, the moment you make that decision, you’ll be making a decision on autopilot.
Sloane and Walsh talk about this in detail in their book, and its one of the most important concepts in this book. You can see this in action in the book, in the chapter titled “What Makes a Good Decision” on page 8. “If I were to make a decision on autopilot, I’d not choose to go to a movie or see a movie, because I don’t think that’s what I want to do.
It’s also hard to say if your current values are important enough to be your decision maker, but I would recommend looking at the ideas in this book and making a list.
I think that the most important decision point to make is, “Do you really want to go to a movie?” I know that is pretty vague, but it is a great first step in determining what values you want to focus on in your life, and what that means for your life.
I like to think of movie as a kind of “time machine”. Because movies are a great way to figure out what you want to do in life, so you can plan your life in a more structured way. So the best thing you can do is make a list of the things that make you happy and what you think you would like to do in the future.
You may also want to go to a movie that tells you what you want to do in your life. For instance, when I was in college I took a class called “What’s Next?” This is a course that is pretty good, as in it is packed with information on what you should do next. I just did it when I was in college and I took a class on movie making.
In the same way that a list of what you want to do will help you plan out your life, your list of movies will also help you plan out your life. A movie that tells you what you should do next is called a “script”, and a “story” is a list of movies that tell you what to do next. You could also go to a movie that tells you what you should do this next year and create a list of those movies.
We already have a list of movies that tell us what should be done in our life. We have a list of movies that tell us what we shouldn’t do. So let’s take a look at a list of movies that tell us what we (should) do next.
