At the top of the courthouse is the 1820s ironwork and metalwork statue of Justice that’s been on display for over 100 years. It’s a bit of a downer to see the statue every day, but it’s also a really interesting building.

Its all part of the history of the county. Its the oldest courthouse in Florida, and it has been in use practically since the 1700s, so it’s really quite impressive.
