How Did We Get Here? The History of janet barnes Told Through Tweets
I’ve wanted to write a blog for a long time, and a lot of other people have suggested it. I always thought it was odd that I would get so many responses to a post that I was asking for. But, in the end, I decided to give it a go. And, now, here it is.
Ive been thinking about this blog for a while but never got around to it. The blog’s the first thing I write when I wake up. It’s just a space for me to share some of the things that are on my mind. It’s not meant to be a place where I talk about anything I’m thinking or worried about. I just want to share with others, or at least the people I’m closest to, things that are going on in my life.
Janet, thank you for writing such a great post. I will be reading this blog more often as I have more to write about.
Janet, I’m glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for taking the time to read it and I hope you’re getting better. It’s been a while since I’ve written a blog post, but I hope you do too.
I would imagine that a lot of people are worried about you. I feel that it is important to get the word out about what you are doing and to help you get better.
I am a little concerned about Janet because I worry that she is getting worse, not better. We recently talked about the anxiety that comes with taking medication, but that doesn’t apply to just medication. I think it applies to what you are doing and how you are doing it. It sounds like you are doing it right. Just because you have been on the meds doesn’t mean that your anxiety is gone. It could have just been an adjustment period.
Of course your medication is important. People who take the medication might be able to keep a little bit more control, but if you need to take the medication for an extended period of time, then it is important. Most people who take the medication need to take it daily for the rest of their life, and to me that is a big time commitment.
It’s a big commitment. I’ve been medicated for over a decade now and I’ve never taken it on a long term basis. If you have to take it daily, then you must be prepared to deal with the side effects. There is a reason why the meds are called ‘anti-anxiety’ pills. Because they are designed to reduce anxiety and paranoia and paranoia is the number one reason why people take the meds.
What the doctor is looking for is what I call “side effects,” which is the effects of the medication itself that you experience when you take it. For me, it includes not being able to sleep, not being able to concentrate, not being able to focus on my work, and not being able to exercise on a regular basis.
I’m not sure if it’s just me, but for me the side effects of anxiety meds are usually associated with the fact that I’m worried and anxious about something. I’m not saying that all anxiety meds are bad, but I’m pretty sure that a lot of people who take anxiety meds will experience some sort of anxiety, so I’m not saying that you should never take them.
