I love to talk about food and I love to eat. For me, eating is about nourishing myself physically and mentally—and so far, I’ve found that the best way to do this is by creating an environment where I can nourish myself mentally (and spiritually) as well. I have a few goals for making that happen.
First off, I want to create a space where I feel comfortable and can express my food thoughts and desires. I want to do so in a way that creates a safe place to do it, and I want to do so in a way that encourages others to do it as well. That being said, I don’t want to just sit at a table and eat a bunch of carbs and cheese.
Eating good food, even if you’re not doing it for the right reasons, can be a good thing. And it is a good thing to keep doing. In the past few years, Ive been working to create a space where I can create healthy, organic food that supports my overall mental and health goals. Ive been eating all organic, but mostly organic food, and it has improved my own mental and physical health.
I have a big challenge, which is to create healthy food that supports my mental and physical health (and not just mine). Ive been eating the occasional organic salad for dinner, but it has become a challenge. It takes a lot to eat a salad in a restaurant that I wouldn’t eat at home, and I feel like I’m not doing it right. I’ve been cooking a lot of food like this, but it isn’t really healthy.
