I made it with one dish that I bought the recipe for. I am in no way a professional cook. However, I have a very clear memory of just how it was done in India. The bhavya curry recipe is a simple recipe with no fancy spices or sauces. It is a ‘plain’ curry with nothing else added other than a little ginger, onion, garlic, and spices. The curry is served with a little bit of coconut chutney.
You’ll need to find a good quality jar or bottle of coconut chutney. There are many brands on the market and you might have to do a little research to find one that suits your taste.
